The layout
Proven on the road and mostly fixed, with options to add or change a few things.
Finishes
Walls, ceiling, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, hardware, trim and colors are all your choice.
Interior systems
Upgrade the electrical system, air conditioning, roof fan, heater and more.
Exterior
Suspension, wheels, tires, onboard air compressors, larger diesel tanks, storage solutions, awnings, side steps and tire carriers. Almost anything on the exterior can be done.

How a Beachside van comes together
How a 2027 model van is ordered and built, from the first call to the day you drive away.
Consultation
Tell the team how you want to live on the road: solo or family, weekends or full-time. Together you settle which 2027 model fits: the Oasis, the Drifter or the Gamer Van.
Reserve and design meeting
A $5,000 nonrefundable deposit reserves your build. The layout is already set because it is a model van, with some options to add or change things. The design meeting is where the finishes and the budget are finalized, including any system upgrades and exterior products.
Build
6 to 10 weeks in the Atlantic Beach shop, with weekly updates. Cabinetry is cut on the shop's CNC router, and the electrical, plumbing and finishing are done in-house.
Turnover and delivery
At turnover the team walks you through the finished van and every system before you drive away, or the van is delivered to you, quoted by distance.
